Mr. Palmer is a Project Manager for FCCE. He has over five years of project managing experience in the architectural field. He is an expert at multi-tasking within deadline-driven environments and strategically planning, prioritizing, and coordinating workflow. He is committed to providing clients with innovative design solution for particular projects that result from a highly investigative design process. Mr. Palmer is very knowledgeable of New York City Zoning and Code Analysis for both residential and commercial building design. He is responsible for all phases of project planning for FC Consulting Engineer, PLLC.
