has over 27 years experience in leading and managing large scale and complex projects throughout the New York City area.
He is an expert in the design of office buildings, hotels, restaurants, airports and hospital facilities, for both
new construction and renovation projects. Mr. Romero is the Principal in charge for all Plumbing and Fire
Protection systems engineering, coordination and construction administration. He is also the executive
