Mr. Camulaire is a licensed professional engineer with over 15 years experience in engineering for building systems.  He has extensive knowledge in leading and managing numerous engineering projects including tenant fit-out, building systems renovations and replacement, commercial office buildings, data centers, residential properties, schools, churches, airports and medical facilities.  Mr. Camulaire is the Principal in charge for all HVAC systems engineering, coordination and construction administration. As the founding partner of FCCE, Frantz Camulaire is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of quality of engineering while meeting budget and schedule requirements.
